Follow yourself

So .. Why do I see that I do not have willpower? Is this a misguided desire to protect myself? Is there a return on 
By say that I do not have willpower? Perhaps if completely denied the existence of willpower will not be responsible for
Development, it is far from my life .. What a comfort.
But here lies the final tragedy, is the development and use of will power is the means by which to achieve happiness
The driving force behind all that I own a nutshell that denying the strength of will I Booze spend on
Embers of my soul.
There are many people believe that willpower and self-control promise something that looks like some kind of self-punishment,
And by giving this negative sense of restraint or force Fa will end lose their enthusiasm for having developed
But the author "William Bennett" shows us a different way of thinking about restraint, he indicates in writing
Entitled "book values" that restraint is due mainly to the word "system" in the sense of discipline.
If you are self-disciplined, you have simply decided to become an officer for yourself with regard to the will.
Once the adoption of such resolution, the adventure in life becomes more interesting, you look at yourself
As a stronger person and thereby gaining a recipe self-esteem.
I back the American philosopher, "Ralph Waldo" that talks about Sandwich Island warriors who
They thought that they when they kill one of the enemies of the tribesmen Dead Man's courage
The penetration into the warrior's body. Says "Ralph": (The same thing happens to us when we resist the temptation
The strength of this temptation that resist to us and so you increase the power of our will.
When we resist the temptation simple we gain strength simple and when we resist the temptation we resist the temptation
Monumental we gain enormous power.
I have stressed, "William James," that we are doing two things at least a day does not love to do Badaúmha -  response we
We do not want their performance - but  response to maintain the vitality of will power and performance, we maintain our awareness of our own
Self.
